St. Joseph Starlets Murang'a and Laikipia Youth Soccer Academy (LYSA) have been crowned champions of the fifth edition of the Safaricom Chapa Dimba Central Region. St. Joseph Starlets ended a five-season wait for the girls' title, defeating Barcelona Rising Starlets 5-1, with Patience Waithera scoring four goals. In the boys' category, LYSA claimed their third regional title by beating MASFO Academy 1-0, with Patrick Ngaira scoring from the penalty spot. Both teams now turn their focus to the national tournament, aiming to keep their momentum going.
